Passports
Apply for your passport now if you have any interest in studying abroad. The post-COVID travel boom has resulted in passport processing times taking longer than usual. We definitely don’t want to scare you, but if you want to study abroad, you need to apply for a passport immediately.
All students are required to upload their passport information to their study abroad application. Your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months beyond the return date of your program.
Students may request/renew a passport through the United States State Department
If a student does not receive their passport or other required travel documents in time to participate in the program, they are responsible for program expenses incurred on their behalf. The Office of Global Education will use its best efforts to help students secure the necessary travel documents, but cannot guarantee a student will receive the necessary travel documents
